There are three Bodyclock models to suit individual needs.
All three help regulate your sleep/wake pattern with the same basic functions:

- The Lumie Bodyclock Advanced (as well as the other bodyclocks) has an optional back-up beeper for reassurance that you will wake up ⬠most people disable this after a few days
- Simulated sunset gives your body the signal to wind down, so helping you to sleep
- Dimmable bedside light is ideal for reading or soft lighting
